What are EPC's and why do I need one?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a mandatory document assessing a building’s energy efficiency, rating it on a scale from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It measures energy consumption per square meter, including heating, lighting, and insulation, and is required for selling or renting properties to inform occupants about energy costs.
